Mascarpone cheese 300 gr
Whipping cream 250 ml

- Savoiardi biscuits, also known as ladyfingers, are a type of sponge cake with a light sweetness, shaped like a large finger.
- You can buy these biscuits at bakeries or you can also make them at home with the very simple recipe below.
What is vanilla sugar?
- Vanilla sugar is often used in baking, cooking, making,… Vanilla sugar has a light sweetness and creates a fragrance for dishes.

How to Make Tiramisu Cake

Brew Coffee
First, dissolve 1 teaspoon of instant coffee powder with 20gr of sugar and 200ml of hot water, then let it cool.

Whisk Eggs
Next, in a new bowl, add 2 egg yolks, 60gr sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar. Then, place this bowl over a warm water bath and use a hand mixer to whisk the mixture until it turns light yellow.
Purpose of warming the eggs:Warming the eggs will help the sugar dissolve, the eggs whisk faster, and stabilize the structure. However, you should only warm the eggs to about 40 – 50 degrees C, if it is hotter, it will cause the eggs to cook and be less fluffy. -
Whip Whipping Cream
In a new bowl, add 250ml whipping cream, use a hand mixer to whip the mixture at medium speed until soft peaks form, with clear streaks, lift the whisk to create a peak that holds its shape but slightly droops.
Tip for quick whipping cream:Before whipping, put the whipping cream or whisk in the refrigerator compartment for 15 minutes or you can place the cream bowl in a bowl of ice water, then whip the cream. -
Make Tiramisu Cream
Next, add 300gr Mascarpone cheese to the whipped whipping cream bowl, then continue to mix the mixture with a mixer at low speed.
Then, add the egg mixture and gently fold with a spatula until the mixture is well combined and smooth.

Assemble in Mold
Prepare a square or rectangular container.
Next, quickly dip the Lady Fingers into the brewed coffee and arrange them in the container.
Note: Do not dip the biscuits for too long as it will make them soggy.Next, spread a layer of tiramisu cream sauce evenly on top. Repeat these 2 layers until the container is full, ending with a layer of cream sauce.
Finally, cover the cake container tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 – 6 hours or overnight.

When you take the cake out of the refrigerator, you just need to dust the surface with a layer of cocoa powder and enjoy.
