Prepare and Marinate the Pork
Rub the pork belly with salt, then rinse with clean water.
Boil water for about 1 minute until it boils vigorously, then add the pork, blanch over high heat for about 3 minutes, then remove the pork and rinse with clean water.
How to remove the pork belly odor
- To remove the pork odor, before cooking, blanch the pork in boiling water for about 3 minutes with 1 crushed shallot. The shallot will help remove the odor very well.
