Sticky Rice 650 gr
Mung Beans (hulled) 400 gr
Pork Belly 300 gr

How to Make Banh Chung

Preparation
Before making Banh Chung, you will need to soak the sticky rice. It is best to soak the rice overnight, or at least for 4 hours.

Finally, wrap the cake and tie it with string. Remember not to tie it too tight because the cake will expand during the cooking process.
