How to cook Grilled Broken Rice with Pork Chops

1. Prepare the ingredients
Wash the pork chops with water.
Then put the meat in a pot with 2 tablespoons of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of salt, then add enough water to cover the meat and soak for 20-30 minutes.
