Brewing the Tea
Place a pot on the stove, add 2.1 liters of water, bring to a boil over high heat. Once boiling, add the tea, cover, reduce heat to medium, and simmer for about 2 minutes.
Then turn off the heat and let the tea steep for about 10-15 minutes.
After 15 minutes, open the lid, strain the tea through a sieve to remove the tea leaves. While the tea is still hot, add 400g of sugar to dissolve easily. Stir well until the sugar dissolves.
